Technological Innovation and Digital Development of Business Processes

The project developed an ERP system for the digital integration of administrative, production and commercial processes: management of quotes and orders, work orders, inventory, materials, internal labour and external workers, with real-time analysis of project profitability, as well as accounts receivable and payable, including automatic handling of fiscal documents. It also carried out an analysis to improve corporate welfare and organisational well-being.
